Once we construct an operative definition of intelligence (that is way I emphasize in my article the urge to agree on one definition!) applicable to all organisms, we can then study its evolution.

I am deeply interested in the long-standing human drive to surpass the biological limits of our existence. This involves a new degree of intelligence... artificial intelligence, arguably one of the most important developments of the XXI century.
